The young client approached us with an interesting sketch he made in AutoCAD. A kind of Mondrian inspiration. We started a conversation with this sketch on the table. We talked about his lifestyle, his job, his aesthetic values and the budget. The conversation focused on modern living and the bizarre and conservative building regulations that oppose it.
