People like to pick the projects for their future home from different magazines and make them exactly as they have already been done. Without considering different ways of life, place of circumstances, orientation, space and material organization ...They don't think to go further, they practically copy-paste the layout of a certain house. The main challenge of this project is how to transform an average and ow quality project for one family house into a strong architectural concept,maintaining the same square meters with lower construction cost.
